Norma Kunze has worked in credit counseling in Austin since 1990. She has a Bachelor of Arts from Texas State University. She is currently a National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC) certified credit counselor and HUD certified housing counselor for Budget & Credit Solutions, the Austin branch of Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Greater San Antonio.
