We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. We collect information about you for two reasons: to process your requests and to provide you with the best possible service.

• We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
• We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us.
• We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
• The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behavior of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. We do not link these cookies to any personally-identifiable information and only use them for tracking aggregate site viewer behavior.

Tell a Friend

The "Tell a Friend" function does not store any of the contact information you enter. This information is only used to send an e-mail from there referrer to the friend, is never stored, and is never seen by BiGAUSTIN staff.

Refer a Client

The "Refer a Client" function requires collection of personal information about a third party. As a referring agent, you provide BiGAUSTIN with contact information for yourself and the third party, under good faith and with the understanding that you have said client's permission (explicit or implicit) to share their information with us. We will collect and store this information, including the referrer's name and contact information. If, after receiving communication from BiGAUSTIN, said client wishes to be removed, we will happily do so. We reserve the right to reveal the referring party's name to the client in all cases.

Class Registration and Loan Pre-Qualification

By submitting the Class Registration or Loan Pre-Qualification forms, you grant to BiGAUSTIN explicit permission to contact you. All information will be afforded the protections spelled out above.
