This course is intended to help you identify contract terms to which you should pay the closest attention to. With this basic familiarity on top-level issues, you will be better able to assess and manage the contract-related risks associated with your business.
This course is not intended to be a comprehensive guide on contract issues and doesn't constitute as legal advice. Price and performance specifications will not be addressed as there are too many contingencies. That said, be sure to capture this in your agreements in a way such that each party's rights and/or obligations are clear.
