Leading without Losing Yourself
Leadership, whether you're leading a business, a family, or something else, isn’t just strategic — it’s deeply personal.
This talk is for women entrepreneurs, mothers, caregivers, and female heads of households who are building meaningful lives and businesses while quietly carrying the emotional load of everyone else.
Here, we will name the truth no one warns you about: leadership surfaces your patterns, stress responses, and old narratives. For many women, unresolved trauma and chronic stress show up as burnout, anxiety, over-functioning, emotional exhaustion, and mental health struggles that often go unseen.
But it doesn’t have to stay that way.
In this session, you’ll gain practical, research-informed tools to help you:
Understand how trauma and mental health impact leadership
Recognize stress responses and shift them in real time
Protect your mental and emotional well-being while leading
Reduce burnout and prevent long-term overwhelm
Lead with clarity, confidence, and self-awareness — without losing yourself
You will walk away with concrete strategies you can begin using immediately to create healthier boundaries, regulate your nervous system, and build sustainable leadership from the inside out.
