Our Youth Entrepreneurship and Career Readiness initiative is designed to empower young men and women, particularly those from underserved communities, with the knowledge, confidence, connections, and practical skills needed to succeed in business, employment, and life.

Through entrepreneurship education, workforce preparation, financial literacy, professional mentorship, and hands-on learning, BiGAUSTIN helps young people explore career pathways, overcome barriers, and prepare for economic independence.

Whether a young person dreams of launching a business, pursuing higher education, entering the workforce, or exploring a skilled trade, BiGAUSTIN believes that opportunity begins with preparation. Our youth development approach connects classroom learning with practical experiences that strengthen professional skills, encourage innovation, and introduce participants to real-world opportunities.
