You will get an overview of financial statements and how they impact your business operations and strategy.

You will gain an understanding of how to analyze the information found in your financials to assist with your business plans and how bankers analyze your financial statements.

PAMELA FIETZ is the commercial relationship manager for Frost in San Marcos and Hays County. Pamela has held various positions in banking over her 17-year career. Experience in branch management, new branch development, small business, and commercial banking led her to become a trusted advisor for her customers. Pamela currently serves a large local portfolio of commercial, real estate, business banking, municipal and non-profit relationships. Her passion lies in making a tangible impact in her customer’s businesses by creating access to cash via lending options, efficient collection of accounts receivables, fraud protection, and planning for future growth to just to name a few.

Pamela graduated from Angelo State University with a Business Administration degree. Pamela has been the recipient of Women in Innovation awards and recognized as a leader and mentor in her banking community. Pamela and her family recently moved to Hays County from Austin, Texas. Pamela serves the community via her local church, as well as through working as a volunteer for organizations in Hays and Travis counties.
